My welsh being sketchy at best, I could only make out a few of those words *hangs head in shame* - I start welsh classes next year to rectify said problem LOL.

However I have been informed that although technically I'm not wrong in my Happy St David's Day, the standard greeting is

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Dedwydd!

And I've solved the problem of the wheat free dairy free welsh cakes. I've experimented and made my own! I will be testing them out on SerpentOak soon! hehe!
